Good for you. Not beating yourself up for being a "bad meditator." I have been learning this year to stop beating myself for being a "bad anything." That doesn't mean I don't try harder, or that I am automatically pleased with all of my behavior. But it means I don't punish myself for it. It's a hard lesson. The desire to "get it right" has led me to many mistakes and delusions.


we always think we have to do something don't we?."don,t just sit there,DO something. Well, how about;"don't just do something,SIT there".
