Question of the Week
This week's question is about the types of meditation practice you engage in regularly.
Do you find that more often than not you are "just sitting," or do you practice more than one "type" of meditation (metta, lojong, etc.)? If you practice more than one, do you find that they complement each other?
Just curious. As for me, I'm "just sitting" most of the time. I've practiced metta on occasion. While I'm familiar with lojong, I've never really tried it.
