If you've made it this far, you are likely sitting now more often than not. Regardless (because at the end of the day, this is not about a "report card") you have learned a great deal about yourself and what gets in the way of your daily practice. Just continue to notice and work with those things, even after this intensive practice period is complete.
Here's another question to consider...
What did you think would be different or better after completing 108 days? Were you right about it?
Personally, I thought a 3+ month intensive would yield an "easier" meditation practice. I am not finding that to be the case. Every day is fresh and new, and so is every sitting. I'm accepting that wanting tomorrow's sitting to be somehow "better" is just my grasping mind at work.
